In a compromised situation such as multiple fractures in maxillary anterior alveolus, after open reduction and internal fixation of fracture mandible and extractions of anterior teeth its difficult to gain primary stability and good parallel implant placements. Knife edge threaded MegaGen AnyRidge implants and R2Gate guided surgical protocol we could achieve better results that too in minimum time and completely flap less. Least trauma possible to an already traumatised person.
