Failed endodontic restoration leading to Endo-perio lesion causing palatal abscess. Abscess drained and under antibiotic coverage for one week. Extracted the tooth, replaced with MegaGen AnyRidge. Excellent primary stability. Gave immediate non-functional loading with temporary prosthesis.
