Patient aged 36 years fractured incisor replaced with removable partial denture and in searching for a better option to get them fixed in short time and demanding high end aesthetics. Two best options, root membrane technique to preserve what’s remaining especially the pink and R2 GATE guided surgery to assure ideal vertical and horizontal positioning of dental implant, keeping it away from root membrane, maintaining a gap for better bone remodeling and palatal emergence.
